Because they’re exceptionally flexible and long, they’re the ideal replacement for fittings at the joint during alteration or repair. Reducing sizes are made with separately supplied Qwik Bushings.

    Description:
    The flexible coupling ensures leak-proof pipe seals on almost any pipe material: plastic, cast iron, asbestos cement, clay, concrete, steel, copper and ductile iron. Offering 300 series stainless-steel clamps, this coupling is leak-proof, root-proof and resistant to many chemicals, ultraviolet rays, fungus growth, and normal sewer gas. Fast and easy installation.The coupling resists constant temperatures from -34 to +40°C. It can briefly resist temperatures up to 60°C (2-3 minutes).

  • Heavy Duty No Hub Pipe Coupling


    Description:
    The No Hub Pipe Coupling has been engineered to provide a heavy-duty, all stainless steel coupling, balancing the desire for a more rigid joint with the need to provide a superior positive seal, which can accommodate possible disparities in the No-Hub pipe and fittings. This has been accomplished by manufacturing our coupling with a super-duty corrugated shield of sufficient width to accommodate additional surface-bearing sealing clamps.

     

    Features:
    • Red shield – A distinctive red stainless steel shield easily identifies our heavy duty no hub couplings
    • Mechanical interlocking clamp design – A one piece stainless steel screw housing mechanically interlocks the housing to the stainless steel band
    • This one piece housing eliminates leak paths that can develop with welded or staked clamps
    • Floating eyelet design – The stainless steel clamp bands can move independently from the corrugated stainless steel shield
    • This independence prevents the shield from crimping during tightening which can lead to leaks
    • 3/8 in Hex head screw – The stainless steel 3/8 in hex head screw is engineered to accept 80 in pounds of installation torque to ensure a secure band/shield assembly around the pipe/fittings
    • Formed gasket design – The gasket is designed to form fit around the pipe and the inside of the shield so that when the clamping forces are applied, a superior sealing pressure and holding power is achieved
    • The gaskets are made from neoprene which meets the requirements of ASTM C564
  • Standard No Hub Pipe Coupling


    Description:
    Standard No Hub Coupling- Engineered to connect no-hub cast iron pipe.

    Choose the No-Hub Coupling with the patented shield design that provides maximum transfer of pressure from the clamps – to the gasket – to the pipe. Engineered to connect no-hub cast iron pipe in applications replacing the less-efficient hub and spigot.

     

    Features:
    • 5/16″ hex-head screw applies 60 in.-lbs. of installation torque to the band/shield assembly.
    • Standard No-Hub Couplings conform to CISPI 310. Couplings comply with ASTM C 1277. Gaskets are made from an elastomeric compound that meets the requirements of ASTM C 564.
    • Patented Bi-Directional Shield Design- The shield will adjust to variations in diameters and circumferences of the pipes being joined, thereby eliminating leak paths. The patented, bi-directional corrugations exert sealing pressure in both parallel and transverse patterns on the gasket and pipe, providing a positive, reliable seal.
    • Specially Beaded Gasket- Made of an elastomeric compound that meets the requirements of ASTM C564 and features a series of strategically positioned grooves and beads. When tightened, the shield mates with these grooves and beads to exert exceptional sealing pressure and holding power to prevent “pull out” failures.
    • Interlocking Clamp Design- The clamps feature a one-piece screw housing that mechanically interlocks the housing to the band. This one-piece housing design eliminates leak paths that can occur in staked or welded clamps.
    • Floating Eyelet Design- Floating eyelets fasten the clamps to the shield, allowing the clamp band and shield to move independently. This freedom prevents the shield from crimping during tightening, which can lead to leakage later on.

    Our neoprene shielded coupling provides a quick and easy connection. It can be used with cast-iron, plastic, steel and copper drain, waste and vent systems. The coupling is rated for above ground use applications only.

    Our Flexible Tap Saddles provide a soil-tight seal. One Saddle will fit 4″ and 6″ and larger sewer mains. Available for all 4″ or 6″ plastic or cast iron drain pipe inlets in tee or wye configurations. Our Flexible Tap Saddles are designed to meet AIS standards – American Iron and Steel compliant with the Flexible Tap Saddles.

    This drill pump is designed for multiple purposes including, dishwashers, clogged sinks, washing machines, water heaters, hot tubs, and aquariums. It fits any electric drill and pumps 1000l of water per hour at 2000 rpm and can also be used to empty crankcase oil.
